The House Project in Dominican Republic

In Los Róbalos, Samaná, Dominican Republic, we are working closely with the community of about 450 people, including close to 230 children, on projects related to education, environment, housing, human health and animal welfare. Our main objective is to provide primary attention to support the community in these important areas.

Education:
One of our key projects is supporting Bayacú School (primary section) by providing supplies worth USD 88,000. This will ensure that the children have access to quality education and the resources they need to succeed.

Environment:
We believe in the importance of environmental conservation, and we're working on training 100 children and adults as environmental leaders. This project is worth USD 90,000 and will help create a better environment for future generations.

Housing:
We are also focused on housing reconstruction for about 50 people (10 families) with a budget of USD 310,000. Our goal is to ensure that these families have safe and comfortable homes to live in.

Human health and animal welfare:
In addition to education and housing, we are also working on health prevention in the community, with a budget of USD 300,000. We also provide sterilizations for dogs and cats to promote animal welfare, with a budget of USD 17,000.
